Hey Jow Forums, on Saturday night I did my first intense shoulder workout in a while, did about 60 Lateral Side Raises with 10lbs, 40 Upright Barbell Rows with a 70lbs barbell, and about 30 pull ups. For the third time this week I've been woken up at 3AM by sharp pain shooting down my arms, I've been bench pressing for a few months now and I've never felt such intense pain before, just a bit sore at times. Is this normal or should I see someone about this?

Every row variation is more or less the same. You start with your arms straight out in front of you and then pull into your torso against some kind of resistance. It doesn't really matter which one you pick as long as it feels comfortable on your joints.
this is it. its not about your shoulders its about how big your waist looks compared to your upper body. bigger rear delts, wider lats, make all the difference.
