Sad

Last night, I, Pierce Brosnan, fed your sister cheeseburgers to fatten her up to the weight I prefer for my women.

Reppin 2 pl8 for a over a year now, sup boys!

Same feels bad man

I can bench 50kg dumbbells for 6 reps. Not sure what my 5rm on the bench is. Probably 2 plates.

A smile larger than than her

225lbs?
Or
180lbs?
Either way it's not that much.

I've done 2pl8 for 15 once and 230lbs for 14 a few times.

Once I get to 15 for upper body or 25 for lower body lifts I stop caring and get bored.

>225lbs?
>Or
>180lbs?
two 25kg plates on each side of a 20kg barbell, which comes out to 264.(5) lbs

I said that and literally 15 responses called me a fucking idiot for thinking that's what you guys mean

double O McCheesed?

haha i hit 2pl8 for 7 today! how bout you guys.

Pierce(d) in & out (burger joint in LA)

one plate is 20kg aka 45lbs

Fucking 70kg for 5 reps.
Kill me

It's a running joke here to give the most convoluted way of figuring that out as possible and completely wrong and call you a newfag for not getting the joke.
Welcome to Jow Forums

Last nigh i double o seven hamburger your sister?

I'm like 10 pounds away from 2pl8 bench kek.

Really strong fags are calling a plate 25kg. In the US, a plate is 45lbs, it about 20kg. For consistency, a “plate” is supposed to be the 20kg size

get the FUCK out of this thread weakling

yeah, you fag

So is that two 25 kg plates on each side? So in total 120kgs?

Last night I James Bond Hamburger your sister

last night i pierced in and out of your sister

Last night i
69'd
your sister.

It's more. I've had trouble putting up 110lb dumbbells for more than a couple reps while being about to hit 245 on the bench for 5. Dumbbells are a lot harder on the wrists.

I did 2pl8 for 5 sets of 10 after doing 3plaet for a single.

Now what the fuck is "Last night I Walther PPK Big Mac'ed your sister" supposed to mean?

1pl8 here, cant stop me

That's funny because it's the opposite for me. If I bench 100kg for 6 then my wrists will ache, but I've NEVER had sore wrists with heavy dumbbell bench. Repping dumbbells is easier for me, while heavy singles are easier on a straigjt bar.

Shit, really? That doesn't even make sense since with dumbbells there are more directions your wrists can move in that you have to stabilize. You should check your barbell grip to make sure it isn't wrong and putting unnecessary strain on your wrists.

My grips fine. I do a mixture of grips and they'll all occasionally hurt my wrists when I'm doing very heavy loads. I do a few sets of heavy dumbbell bench twice a week but I don't do barbell very much. I've gotten used to it completely, feels natural while bb bench doesn't feel quite right.

I bench 90kg for 5
10 more to go bros
