Help

My current bench is 185×5 but my squat is only 225×4 is there something i should be doing to fix that.

pretty much. The average fucking idiot gym goer can usually get that bench level, keep going and push yourself as hard as you can every work out

don't feel too bad my bench is 185x5 and my squat is 315x5

my squat is 85 kg 3x5 and my bench is 75kg 5x5
