I don't think I want love. I think when he said he doesn't love me, I took it as a rejection and that's why it upset me. But he still invites me to places sometimes, and that directly contradicts what I thought was happening. So I think this is fine.

I have issues. I know what having issues is like. I have sociopathic traits - and I know I am not one.
I am really into people and I have analysed this a lot. He never even showed signs of any mental illness and has never suggested being a sociopath or psychopath.
I've known him for a while and it just suddenly clicked - he was lying to a room full of people, and only I knew he was lying, and he had no issues smiling about it and didn't even blink twice

I believe simply insistence can get you far on it, and not being annoying. If you make it more convenient for him to be with you than to reject you, you got him. But you wont enjoy it for long, and he will get tired, and he will start sabotaging you, and see how far he can be an asshole until you dump him yourself.
