The Hamilton is really good for an automatic. Be aware that an automatic will not be as accurate as a quartz, but I think the display case back and being able to see the machine working makes up for it.
With that said Hamilton is owned by Swatch, Swatch owns ETA who make the movement. So Hamilton takes an ETA movement "in house" and calibrates it and makes it free-sprung which vastly increases accuracy.
If you do get a Khaki make sure it has one of the Hamilton H-10 based movements (H-30 etc.) and not an older ETA base calibre.
Seiko, I think, is overhyped. They make a solid watch but for the price, today, Hamilton's ability to essentially offer an in-house movement at a lower price, makes them a very good automatic watch.
