I ignored him til he moved lol boring

It depresses me that there is no real interaction with Isabelle in AC. I really wanted to talk to her and stuff but the thing at the beginning with the seashell is all we got. The only character they even really developed was that one Sable sister in the city folk game. Even in games like Stardew valley where there is actual character development, it just doesn't feel like enough. I want a comfy town game where there is depth to character interactions and stuff. I'm praying the next AC will do something like that at least.

I sorta understand what you're saying, but there is so much development in your friendship with villagers. I wish you could keep your favorites from moving away without playing constantly.

There isn't much friendship, though. I don't really care about talking to the villagers since it doesn't seem to affect anything. I just wish you could have actual conversations with them that weren't completely one sided.

Yea, it's pretty limited. I like having silly nicknames and catchphrases for all my favorites though. It brightens my day when I'm out cleaning up my town or doing "chores" and one of them initiates a conversation and cracks a few jokes or gives me a gift.
Do you play Harvest Moon? You can build friendships and eventually have a family. Its also pretty limited though.

I've started one of the GC harvest moon's on an emulator but I really don't like the artstyle. Rune factory is another one I've played but the fighting parts are really difficult and clunky to the point of making progressing through the game kind of miserable

Maybe try an mmorpg?

Ahhhh.
Don't mind me OP, just emptied my balls in her.
