I struggle putting on a condom...

I struggle putting on a condom. I always trouble having figuring out which way the condom is supposed to roll down and when I get it to roll down it gets caught in my foreskin when I roll it back. The only way I can put on a condom is to only put on a condom when I'm not fully erect. This is very troubling because I want to be able to enjoy foreplay and oral sex before putting on a condom. I can't just do foreplay, then wait for me to go soft so I can put on a condom before continuing sex.

I even have my girlfriend do it for me and she is struggling to do it when I'm fully erect. She's good at putting on condoms and been with guys with foreskin, but when it comes to me it always gets caught in something.

try getting a bigger condom

Pull back your foreskin before putting on the condom.
The bump at the tip of the condom indicates which way is up.
It's really not rocket science.

Look at which way it's rolled, the part in the middle should be the part closest to you when you're putting it on; for the foreskin issues it's best to pull it back all the way with your other hand, unroll it until it reaches the base of your penis, then pull your foreskin forward and unroll it some more until it reaches the base again

The bump at the end can turn inside-out easily, I've put on a condom inside-out a couple times before I realized this

I had trouble putting on condoms when fully erect too.
Turned out i was using regular sozed when i should have been using magnum sized.
Dude that was a real moral booster.

I wish the magnum sizes came in different varieties. Magnum is just magnum. Regular comes with extended pleasures, ribbed, and such.
