Just do push ups, pull ups, sit ups and running.

I had my induction yesterday but my instructor just didn't turn up

You don't need an instructor, you cringe-god. He's just going to tell you to do machine bullshit. Lurk Jow Forums and watch form videos

If you want to stay twink follow this advice.

You should only go to the gym for yourself
if you think people will like you or you will feel cooler, you will get fucking nothing

I go to the gym and my life's still shit. But i look fantastic

If you do 350 push ups every day and 50 pull ups every other day you'll be swole in three months.

Post more pics OP! The first one is great!

I would be already swole as fuck if I could even do 350 pushups and 50 pullups

Anyone can do 350 push ups in a day. It takes more willpower than anything.
50 pull ups might be impossible for some tho. But start by doing as many as you can in half an hour. Unless you're overweight, you should be able to do at least 30.

Lmao at the absolute autism of this claim.

At a certain point you'll stop building muscular size and strength and just build endurance. Your muscle fibers won't grow bigger but instead will become less prone to breakage.

>Live longer
>Less susceptible to disease

Go to the gym.
>Feeling of achievement for pursuing/achieving fitness goals

Roommate says he knows a gym nearby that costs $60/year. Will paying money for it instead of going to uni's free one motivate me to actually go there?

This

Went the other day and literally couldn't get into the changing rooms it was so packed. Hoping it calms down in February

do it my guy you'll feel better about yourself, and if you feel like people will judge you at the gym for not being ripped (which they 98% of the time don't) then just remember that most people started like you, only difference is you chose to change it

This tells you all you need to know.

The motivation won't have changed just because you paid

you should op, I have been neglecting my body for so long, I think it's starting to affect me mentally.

>been to the gym for a month now
>feeling alright about the development of my body and am slowly regaining self esteem
>losing weight
>gaining strength
>feels better all around
it wont magically cure your depression or transform you into a giga chad within weeks but its fucking worth it user. just get started and we will all make it i promise you.
