Im in year 4 right now. I was and kinda still am in a similar boat. Ive actually gotten far enough along people recognize me and speak to me but I don't know their names

This user is correct. Im in engineering. A lot of the women in it don't know dick when we're working on group projects. Some know their shit, but most don't.
