In the end it all depends on the individual, obviously, I have my own struggles with finding the perfect anxiety treatment...

Etizolam and clonazolam are basically just suped up versions of aprazolam (xanax) and clonazepam (klonopin) respectively, so just exercise caution with dosing and addictive potential.

I dunno for meth but for h something like pic related is a good idea. 1cc is the capacity, 25g refers to the needle gauge. Higher the gauge, smaller the needle. You wanna stick between 25-27 I think. 5/8 refers to the needle length. You don't want really anything longer than that. 5/8 is pretty good desu.

I take 250 mg every other day, sometimes multiple days in a row, and sometimes skipping two days in a row. I take 500-750 if I really need a strong boost. I don't take it for the euphoria but for the actual anxiety reduction/relaxation.
