INTJ's have lots of trouble empathizing. They're awful at it. Nobody respects them as people. They are incapable of leading by nature and inspiration.

I alternate between INTP and INTJ. My usual mode is INTP, but I can become INTJ when the topic at hand is something that I have a lot of knowledge and experience about, and the stakes are high. I can tell that people think I'm nice when I'm in INTP mode, but they can perceive me as an arrogant asshole when I'm in INTJ mode. Fortunately, I'm in INTP mode about 99% of the time.

I'm an Intj and very funny. But some people hate my sense of humor (see normies). I also have adhd so I think that factors in quiet a bit, it's a strange combo, but when people like me they like me a lot.

Pretentiousness and unwarranted self-importance. They all think they are masterminds but in practice have nothing to back it up and are out of touch with reality.

Aren't INFJs supposed to be smart?

Because to make judgments like that they have to stop believing the best in people and know if they made those judgements know it would hurt feelings because they are deeply personal assessments of character. Every INTJ I've seen online goes on retarded rants about being the most intelligent person on Earth and how their opinion is fact and about how INTJs created every invention on Earth and complains that nobody is kissing their toes for it (despite the person ranting not contributing shit to society, they just want to take credit for being the same meme personality type as someone who actually has done something with their life). I'm not saying it's all INTJs but all the ones I've seen online are smug, unintelligent losers who sniff their own farts.

It's funny how INTJs beat their dicks all day over their self proclaimed "objectivity," "truth," "intelligence," yet everything they say has no substance whatsoever. They claim to be emotionless yet all their arguments are purely emotional and contain no logic or data. Debate with an INTP or ENTP instead and you'll actually have a discussion with substance, instead of having to listen to a salty INTJ fling ad hominems and hearing them cry and rant about how intelligent they are and why their opinion is fact.

INTP here, my best friend is an INTJ. He's one of the smartest and most motivated people I know, as well as one of the weirdest. One thing that can be really annoying about him though, is that he will often give unsolicited advice, stating his views as fact, even if he's not fully informed on what's happening. He also has a tendency to hold on very strongly to detrimental opinions and meaningless convictions until something happens to him in real life that forces his worldview to change (i.e. losing his v-card), he doesn't really consider the opinions of people he disagrees with unless he finds himself in their shoes. One more thing, he also convinced me and all my friends to invest a portion of our meager wages into crypto and we fuckin' lost it all. Anyway, that's all I don't like about him. Other than that he's always been a very honest, loyal, and valuable person to me. Best friend of all time. I love INTJ's!

I'm INTJ too and I can relate to this. I still hate Burger King because once about 20 years ago the buns AND meat on my hamburger was burnt. To be fair, though, I always disliked cooked food and that hamburger was just horrific.

That seems pretty accurate to my own experiences as an INTJ.

I'm not good at relating to others or reading other people's feelings when I'm in a discussion. I've been told by a few people that I'm the most stable person they know, but internally I'm usually in complete emotional chaos and I don't know how to express it or deal with it. I just repress it. I honestly wonder if I've been mistyped because I feel such strong emotions.

I've noticed that INTPs take a while to get into "focus mode" when they need to get something done, like cleaning, exercising, etc. ISTPs push through tasks willfully from start to finish.

ISTPs can be demanding that a job is done well, with every detail correct. They can be autistically conservative, and stating snarky opinions like, "x is the 5th greatest band of all time" or "why would anyone fold their clothes that way" or "I think (popular thing) is objectively terrible." INTPs are more egalitarian, and compliant with physical matters. They try new ideas just because they're inspiring, they care less about efficiency. They get stubborn if someone tries to impose a limiting, uncreative philosophy onto their life.

ISTPs tolerate fast-paced situations and harsh struggles. INTPs are not very relaxed, but they prefer to be. INTPs are like dreamy nerds and artists and scientists, ISTPs are like robotic Chads who specialize in particular interests.

ISTP: asks for the known facts, clarifies the specific goals, and gives instructions on how to achieve them
INTP: different advice for different individuals, offers several solutions, is more subjective

I think Jow Forums is really a breeding ground for INTJs because of the last point. We really don't suffer bullshit well and are probably too direct in our opinions and criticism of others, so it's better to stay anonymous
