I'm a sucker for "Green" villains so it's Cell and Broly for me. King Piccolo isn't a favorite though because he's gross. The only villain that goes against my ""Green"" formula is Frieza. Frieza kicks ass.

I don't actually like Raditz, it was a joke. He was wasted potential though.
Anyway, I like Cell the best. Vegete comes second, Frieza is an acceptable choice even though he is overhyped, then the Ginyu force. Piccolo is better as an anti-villain that a straight up good or bad guy, I don't like how fast his character arc is though, and they are doing jack shit with him at the moment. Dragon Ball isn't about story anyway so whatever I guess.
