took the buzzpill & plan to let it grow long as fuck when it comes back in just because a couple days before getting buzzed i bought bandanas to hold my hair up that are now useless. they were a dollar each but i don't care it annoys me that i barely got to use them for what i intended their purpose to be. i don't think i look terrible with a buzzcut or anything because i don't have a round babyface though, could see myself doing it again sometime

This. Ceasar cut is the only hairstyle that looks somewhat decent on hairlets like us.
I use both of those and neither of them is capable of repairing the damage that has already been done. Minox made me regrow a bit though, although not much.

I tried to fix my hair. Short looks like I'm some messy hobo, long makes me look depressed and insecure. I tried to straighten my shitty wavy hair yesterday but my hair was wavy again after just an hour, there is no hope for me.

Based hairlets in this thread. I've always had a autistic caesar cut and that might be somewhat owing to never leaving the house and mummy cutting my hair until I was about 18 but also my hairline never being particularly great (right now it's virtually nonexistent sans combover and the centre front of my hairline is literally bald with some strategically combed select strands) I'm on my way to looking like pic related, all the remaining hair is concentrated in the same places, there's fuck all in the middle crown compared but it's still not quite as bad yet though it's hard to tell as my hairdresser has managed a cope cut that probably hides the extent of the thinning. At any rate I checked once and also have some manner of bald spot at the back of my head (seems the rest of the centre thinning leads back and basically culminates with it) so it's basically all over and the aforementioned cope cut is all I have to hold onto ATM. I'm also generally ugly as sin so will look like a fucking pedo when I finally have to get it shaved. My only hope now is medication but I fear it's too late, I guess that's what happens when you spend your 20s avoiding mirrors and basically on full cope mode
