Regardless of whoever's plan, it is a problem. It's related to the behavioral sink problem that exists (see Calhoun experiments), and it will likely continue to affect industrialized/well-off countries. The Keynesian economic and socialist policies put in place by western governments rely on continual growth and are thus unsustainable under the current trends of population growth.
Importing a bunch of people is not a solution. They will likely just fall into the cycle of not having kids. It's a temporary fix to prop up failed socialist policies as age demographics eat away at them. Soon you will have a bunch of retired, aging people being propped up a young, dwindling population. By introducing a plethora of new workers, you create stagnant wage growth. Thus, the young people already burdened by the older generations will continue to be milked dry. Eventually something is going to give, and the existing systems will be overthrown. The introduction of identity politics into everything and dividing the masses keeps that more under control if it is to happen. But it has led to increasing polarization and rumblings still.
I don't see myself starting a family anytime soon, despite me wanting to stop this problem.

Whites still have a huge population, lots of territory and farmland, and all the guns. Only first-generation immigrants seem to have a ton of kids. Subsequent generations have fewer and fewer. It's not a permanent solution as a result. Something will give at some point.
There are not an infinite amount of places to draw immigrants from. It is especially concerning, considering the rapid population growth seen in third-world countries and their desire to industrialize. People from those countries may emigrate, until they realize it's not any better or actually worse due to the vast amount of debt incurred by unsustainable social/economic policies. Need a reset button or vast change in policy.
