I'm probably about to be kicked out in a few weeks or months, so I feel like I have to prepare myself a little bit.

not OP but it really fuckin sucks. I was lucky and i landed on my feet but even then it wasnt a good situation and could have easily gone south with me on the streets. If you get along with your family in general do your best to avoid it and if you have to leave do it on good terms.

I'm almost looking forward to it in a weird way. It'll probably suck and I'll probably have a really hard time, but atleast it's an excuse to get out of the house and do something new I guess.

To begin with she most likely can't just kick you out. Even if it's her place you still have rights as a resident. You don't pay rent? Tough shit for her, you still had an agreement, you were living there and there's legal merit to that. Generally before evicting a resident the landlord/homeowner must provide official advanced notice. Something like 30 days usually so you have time to get prepare and find a new place to live. She can tell you to fuck off and you can leave of your own free will but without advanced notice she can't MAKE you leave. It's your house too. You have rights.

Don't ask to go back, just go back. Remember, you're an adult. Don't ask, tell. If she threatens to call the cops or whatever go along with it. They won't do shit. Take your time and figure out what you're going to do next. Find a job, some temporary housing, your local food banks etc. Apply for a couple of credit cards if you have any kind of credit at all, which you should unless you've been flagrantly ignoring a significant debt. That should be enough to keep you more or less fed and functional until you can assemble a more stable situation.
