Sick of fucking scrambled egg in the morning but I’m not into porridge, peanut butter/toast or bitter ass cottage cheese/yoghurt. Is weetabix a joke or should I stock up ?

Unironically look forward to breakfast and eat like half my calories for the day there but I'm also cutting when bulking I probably just eat some eggs with oats or rice or sometimes no carbs at all till lunch.

If you want something sweet occasionally you can make protein pancakes. I couldn’t find the pic of the Jow Forums recipe, so here’s how I do them:

About 0.7 - 1 cup of oats, to taste
400g cottage cheese
4 eggs
Bit of milk
Stevia and vanilla extract to taste

Blend it all up to a somewhat fluid, homogenous dough. Fry in pan like any other pancake, use butter for the pan for the best taste. Depending on your appetite make the portion larger or smaller, this is a pretty large portion size. Tastes like a mix of a normal pancake with some porridge flavour, pretty tasty and has good macros. Satisfies sweet cravings, wouldn’t eat it every day but is nice to have once in a while. Top it with sugar free syrup if you can find it, fruits or whatever you like.

Other than pancakes, learn to make other egg variations, try avocado and smoked salmon on whole grain bread, trout is tasty too and much cheaper than salmon. Low fat mozzarella and tomatoes with basil leaves and some balsamico, different italian spices whatever you like also makes for a good, quick to prepare part of a meal

Try adding chorizo to them. A stick of it is like a dollar and it comes with fat on its own so you don't have to use butter or oil.

weetabix is tasteless and you'll get tired of it easily if your tastebuds don't appreciate cottage cheese and yogurt.
You might have a picky palate like me. My tongue gets bored if it doesn't taste different sets of flavor so I'd have something sweet, sour, spicy and bland on my plate.

I find it turns out too runny and won’t cook well so I threw in a banana and it worked a lot better

You probably want small curd, the texture isn't as intrusive. I put ketchup on it sometimes, it sounds gross but it's actually really good

The easiest and quickest way is frying, the only thing that takes less time is sucking them directly from the egg.
Scrambled is nice, but the best conditions for an egg is a firm white and uncooked yolk, which you can't achieve with scrambled

Not him. I disagree but they're both easy as fuck to cook. Frying is a little harder because you have to know when to flip the egg and have to do it with a little skill as to not break the yolk. With scrambled you just stir until desired doneness.

I do them sunny up, just break the white to make it cook faster
If you want over easy, all you need is a thin spatula. Wait half a minute after the bottom is all white and flip gently

Home made hashbrowns. Grate 3 medium sized potatos, mix with salt, pepper and paprika. Fry up as one big hashbrown in oil in a pan. Crack a few eggs on top, sprinkle some cheese on as well. Stick in the oven. Enjoy
