I love berries. Especially blueberries and blackberries. I'm generally pretty keto, so berries tend to make up the bulk of my fruit intake. Doubly so if you include avacado (which is botanically a berry, oddly enough. A berry with one large seed in it.)
When they're on sale I like to buy enough to freeze some and enjoy them for a while.

I lost 60lbs so far and only have 10 more to go. Just hit 190 but want to start a bulking cutting cycle at 180. Currently day 4 of averaging 200 cal a day.
The 200lbs wall is real and I slowed down hard since I hit it so I'm going at it hard since im so fucking close and just want it over with.
I alternated between fasts when I had time and strength and 1000 calorie keto to reach my goal but sometimes I would break on the weekends because I have a life.
Honestly, the secret is to just eat as little as you need to function throughout the day and always be looking to lower your calories as you can as long as it's sustainable.
Took 6 months.

As I lose more and more weight, I'm starting to think that my current eating habits are relatively unhealthy.
Started at 287lbs and doctor recommended eating 1500 calories. Now that I'm at 194 lbs, I'm eating 1000cals OMAD along with fasting 2-3 days a week. Most of what I've been eating is some protein with a single potato and sometimes adding something like broccoli, an egg, or grating some parmesan cheese on top to get to 1000cals. But I'm starting to be concerned about not meeting an appropriate amount of macros (aside from carbs with the potato). Should I be even thinking about a macro split at this point? If so, what would be a good split for me? I'm not aiming to bulk up any time soon, want to get to stick mode at 130lbs and enjoy being skinny before bulking up.

I'm on my second cut. First time around I got down to 171 at 5'11". I bulked my way up to 195 pounds and am currently back down to 186. 11 pounds to go until second time goal. My arms, traps, and chest are much bigger and even when my psych weighed me was very surprised at the weight because most of what I gained was muscle on the bulk. "You don't look like you've gained that much weight." is her exact words. If you get down to your goal weight and aren't aesthetic lean bulk while lifting and go for another cut. It's so worth it.

Took control of my life last June/July and I love my progress, but I want to know what that'll look like, you know?
