he has a new video on facepulls lmao
He has a new video on facepulls lmao
Well, if you remembered to do them every time, he wouldn't have to make new videos reminding you, user. Come on, buddy
rear delt flies > facepulls tho
Gotta milk them memes.
Flies dont work external rotation
Does he do elbows above or below the shoulder? What's the difference?
t. internally rotated
Watch the video, it's on form.
He does elbow above the shoulder since then it's working external rotation instead of just basically doing a high row with the elbows below.
OH NO NO NO
its the Mediterranean hair genetics
i have it too
thats just his gray roots. Go back and watch his first videos, he was salt and pepper back in like 2010. It actually suited him better; i think the dark dye he uses is why i find his appearance a little jarring. He's likely fully gray now.
I still don't know if I am doing them right because I use bands and have a learning disability.
ohho ho ho yes daddy Jebf, plz do more facepulls
He is 42. 85% of men are noticeably bald by 50. This board is more autistic about hair than anyone else in society
I hear a rule of thumb is around 20% of men experience hair loss at 20, 30% at 30, 40% 40 etc.
What if you put your arms at a 90 degree angle and squeeze external rotation at the top?
it's actually pretty good advice, will improve my facepulls later today
Around 20% of men will never lose their hair, and the ones that will, don't do so before age 63. Jeff isn't balding, though.
I mean, I'm not an insecure faggot but imagine going to the gym, taking 2 (two) ropes for a single exercise and laying on the ground like to do your facepulls.
How am I supposed not to look like a retard?
>being insecure about how you look
Never gonna make it
What part of NON-NEGOTIABLE don't you understand.
dude's back looks like a goddamn statue holy shit
t. neckbeard
rear delt flies + facepulls > rear delt flies > facepulls
As a meme as face pulls are they're definitely improving my shoulders
They used to hurt a lot and pop during bench
Unironically just what I needed though
Based Jeff, i fell for the other tutorial memes for too long.
Power of daily facepulls
Saw a bro paying his tributes to Jeff in the gym today. I see maybe two people a month besides myself ever doing facepulls so I was proud.
N-no Jeff I didn't do my facepulls today. I-it was push day...
>6 million facepulls you believe that
Lmao Jesse jerking off
I kinda realized i did them slightly wrong (leading with elbows instead of hands)
i used them a lot before benching, or just after workout
gonna put some more emphasis on them now
thanks JEOFF
He talks about the correct form for using bands in the new video too.
Don't let your elbows get ahead of your hands and you won't have to lay down.
I don't believe that, actually.
If you multiply the number of cable machines by the number of gyms by how many face pulls an average person can do per hour I think that a more realistic number would be 100k-300k.
But I guess people are not allowed to question that these days.
I never feel shit with facepulls. I always have to load up obscene amounts of weight but then the weight stack actually pulls me forward and I have to lean backward to get any fatigue.
I feel like rear flies and just external rotation at a slight angle is much better.I just stick a foam roll under my elbow and do external rotations with like 20lbs on the cable column
NL?
this must be for all the dipshits here who say facepulls hurt their shoulders
Will facepulls unfuck my forward shoulders
they help with posture
It's ESPECIALLY important on push day to counteract all the anterior work you're doing.
It'll help but you need to stretch your chest as well
