Brb, gonna get bald and extremely strong
It's as if consistency plays a huge role
Fucking based.
But it's still kind of cheating.
You know.
Asian genetics.
Dudes can put on 10 pounds of muscle just by thinking about doing a pushup and eating correctly.
Anyway, I won't let that deter me. That guy just inspired me to get up and do the same thing.
Unironically one punch man was one of my biggest inspirations for getting fit
I know right?
Remember when DBZ inspired an entire generation of men to get fit strong and protect people and be good fathers and shit?
Now it's OPM.
The only good father in db is Vegeta. Goku doesn't care about Gohan he only wants to fight strong guys
dude cleaned up his diet, the shitty workout regime probably had little to do with the cut, he didn't put on much muscle-if any
Vegeta was my first redpill regarding race
>The only good father in db is Vegeta.
You mean Piccolo right?
Vegeta was going to let his babby mama and first born die in the android saga and didn't pay attention to him for nearly a decade till the tournament.
Shit GOHAN taught Trunks the basics of fighting along with Goten and that's why he wears a fucking gi rather then a saiyajin uniform or something capsule corpse inspired.
No shit. This dude looks legitimately good. I'm impressed.
I think I get too hanged up on making a perfect program when my main problem is my inconsistency. I hope you bros dont have same problem. If so, yall got tips for me?
I'm reading Hajime no Ippo and holy fuck it's motivating.
On my off days I get hyped and do some active recovery like stretching and eating big.
I'm already up 6lbs and it's been 5 weeks
>Asian genetics.
>Dudes can put on 10 pounds of muscle just by thinking about doing a pushup and eating correctly.
This is a thing?
>zipperhead has zipperabs
go figure
he does look great though.
His chest actually got pretty big. I don't have a gym membership and only use a pair of dumbbells to work out, and my chest is really lacking.
why am i so opposed to One Punch Man even though i never watched it?
don't go more than two days without hitting the gym.
That's my rule and I've finally unlocked the consistency achievement for the past 3 months
because you're a contrarian, but the annoying kind
watch it, it's funny
Dude got tank quads too.
Don't see many dudes getting something like that.
It comes from the high rep, high intensity squats.
I got massive quads and glutes that you could bounce a quarter off of from doing high rep "squat pushup chinup" circutis for 30 minutes at a time.
If anyone is planning on doing this, you really need to add a pulling motion (body weight rows or pull-ups) to counter the push-ups. Otherwise you're going to have bad muscle imbalances and you may injure yourself.
because it's redditor's first anime
case in point
Oh look, another contrarian
this board is 18 and up
>hanged
Hung is the appropriate term my man
>I reject popular media and anyone who doesn’t is le redoot underage XD
>a-aren’t I cool, guise?
>pls upboat
I want bigger glutes, roughly how many reps did you do in the entire circuit?
Do you squat or use the leg press machine either?
t. pathetic weeb
no he's coping really hard
It was all bodyweight and I did it till I was on the cusp of feeling so much lactic acid build up that I was on the verge of not being able to do anymore.
Then I'd move to the pushups then the chinups while doing the same thing.
Had 30 seconds of rest between each circuit.
Was in ridiculous shape. But I'll be damned if I didn't hit the wall hard as a motherfucker.
If you want bigger glutes from bodyweight squats there's nothing better than narrow squats. Put those feet together and squat ATG, full range of motion. Best butt builder ever, especially combined with a long set of short bridges as a finisher.
...
No.. wide leg squats work best.
Not for glutes. Narrow hits the outer sweep of the thighs and glutes. Wider squats, including archer squats, hit the inner sweep of the thighs.
squats don't isolate the glutes well at all. glute bridges and hip extensions are better but calisthenics in general is really limited when it comes to lower body training
How do you start off running a 5k almost everyday and not get fucked up
Do you actually squat?
Yes. Pistol squats, sissy squats, shrimp squats.
He was probably a runner back in the day.
That's the only thing I can think of.
Is this true?
the guy in the video actually already had a pretty good physique for an asian, all he did was lose a little bit of fat
Because jap schools actually have proper phys ed classes designed to make and keep them physically fit instead of playing the laziest game of basketball anyone has ever seen 3 times a week.
Both of One's works made me want to exercise and go the the gym more.
Yes.
But from the looks of the video, old boy was on top of things.
Why do asian have to make everything a fucking challenge?
Calm down asian boy, nobody is going to give you an A- just chill
>Tatsumaki being sexy in the foreground
>Body Improvement Club being the best bros a bro could ask for in the background
Nice.
That's more internet culture, not necessarily asian people.
Shout up kid
My man shut the fuck up it's hanged
Hanged if its referring to being hanged by the neck until dead, hung as if you hung your coat up on a coat hanger, my men.
You still need to keep in mind that the guy in the video didn't just start out with the full Saitama workout. He worked up to it. Yeah you work up to it pretty fast, but doing it from zero is a bad idea, which is why so many people fuck it up.
You could cut out the pushups, situps, and squats and just the 10KM/day and you'd still have the same result. It's the 10KM/day that's doing all the work.
>It's the 10KM/day that's doing all the work.
You could say the running is doing most of the aesthetic work for him, but you'd be a fool to think he isn't stronger and more fit due to the other exercises.
the fuck are you talking about
DBZ was great when they actually trained, especially seeing them fighting their own clones or increasing gravity on themselves.
You ever notice "Day 1 pictures" have them puffing out their stomach on purpose?
It's fucking annoying.
i know right. it's almost as if they instruct every model to do this to trick normies in their marketing
>t. Asian manlet
How do you do something like this every single day and still build muscle/definition?
Is it just a meme that you need to wait two days to train the same muscles?
>Is it just a meme that you need to wait two days to train the same muscles?
this routine isn't strenuous at all, if you're not obese or a rattlebones there should be no problem doing this everyday. though I would probably want to take a day or two a week off on the running though.
>t. sub 1000 shows non japanese speaker brainlet.
Now go lift you /a/ fuck.
I appreciate the feedback. Today brother pushed me to go train. Last time I saw him he was fat af but now he is fit despite working fulltime at shitty job. Shit fueled me.
I used to go 3-4 times a week and found myself skipping days after a while. Now I go 6 days and it feels like a must do now since it's nearly everyday. Even rest day I want to work out.
