?
Those numbers are fine. How long have you been lifting?
Bench is the only thing I have under average.
everyone has got a bad lift, dont sweat it dudd. I'd say just do isolation exercises (things specifically for your triceps, chest. and upper back) if you want to help it. I personally did dumbell flys, pullups and tricep extensions and it helped a ton with my bench
Smolov Jr. Even better try it as a linear progression routine. 5lb increments a week with a day between 3 and 4.So every other day. Currently doing this for past 7 weeks. Went from 210 to 250 estimated
Those lifts aren't bad. I was in almost the exact same place last month. Just do heavy bench sets and you numbers will increase like normal.
Good advice. Thanks. I already do pullups for my auxilery lifts but dumbell flys and tricep extensions would make a good edition. Would bench help?
i should mention that I'm currently on 5/3/1 and I"m 160 lbs.
Yeah I had the exact same thing happen with my numbers
I focused on just barbell bench a bit to much my bench began to show more progression once I began to do variations, ex dumbbell bench (improves stability) close grip, wide grip
Also to add one more thing that helped me
Once I was starting to fail I had my lifting partner help me up on the last 2-3 reps

Ohp is my fucking kryptonite, and deadlift too I NEED TO GET STROOOONG FFS
bench - 105
squat - does not xsizt
ohp - 65
deadlift - 95
i thought deadlift was going to be ez wtf is wrong with me
You need to work on your deadlift/ squat form. Start with sumo deadlift to get the motions down.
idk if its cuz im 2 weak but when i do it i feel like im going to pass out
If you're going from sedentary skellymode, work on your posture. Stretch regularly until you have a straight standing posture that isn't forced. Also work on form and grip. Grip was a massive thing for me (but my DL is still relatively shit)
>but when i do it i feel like im going to pass out
Work on your cardio. Your heart is too weak to pump enough blood around your body when doing such an exerting exercise. Blood delivers oxygen to your organs -> not enough blood pumped to your head = lack of oxygen to the brain -> lightheadedness.
Either that or you're forgetting to breathe during the motions. Inhale as you move to set the weight down and exhale as you lift it. Don't forget to breathe.
OHP - 135
Bench - 220
Squat - 280
Diddly - dont do it its unsafe
HELP MEEEEEEE
these were my exact stats when I stopped lifting
my legs were always weak af

Iktf, bro. I'm managing deep 140kg/~290lbs squats (nothing special, but not "weak") for a few reps, and my legs still look small. Don't even bring up calves.
>Thanks, dad
at least you were able to get up to a respectable strength though
>inb4 lmao < 3plaet
Squat: 455
Deadlift: 450
...
Bench Press: 245
Your lifts are good dude and I'll bet you look good. Stop chasing numbers and just lift heavy till failure.
Your legs going 135 degrees does not count as a "squat".
Lol I squat to depth. Usually off a low box.
Numbers aren't everything. Body conquers all
Bench 275
Squat 350
Deadlift 375
Ohp 142.5
I had a buddy like this who counted his 3 inch vertical movement as a benchpress
Shoulder Press: 160
Deadlift: 225
Squat: 225
Bench: 150-ish.
i bench till failure just about every time, and haven't seen any results in the 2 months ive spent on it. i am a 5'8 158lb manlet tho so maybe i just need to bulk.
Is there something like Smolov Jr I can do for deadlifts? Max I've ever pulled was 3pl8x1 and I've been training for 6 months
>ohp 90
>dl 135
>squat 95
>bench 130
just started a month ago. these are for reps, i havent done any maxes yet. my legs feel immobile. any tips? i generally have to do a wide stance if i want to squat without destroying my back or falling over. ive been stretching nearly every day. the last thing could be that im not pushing myself hard enough, my leg press is around 250 for reps.
Wtf these lifts are fine
You think your bench is shit? Get a load of my numbers:
OHP - 165

I’m also ducking retarded phone poster
Bench 285
dw friend once you get your noob gains your ohp will shoot up
>455 deadlift but i can't even get 225 bench
That's about what mine is almost exact although I don't squat because my ankles aren't flexible enough. I've been lifting for about 8 months. If you mean you stalled there then that's kinda what has happened to me too. I can only do 2 reps of 90 lb dumbell chest press and can't seem to progress from there. My deadlift is also stuck for the last few weeks.
I'm changing up to a new program next week that is more structured instead of just kinda winging it. If you aren't doing an actual program maybe try that. Good luck bro.
I’ve trained for a bit actually. I started squatting and benching the bar. That’s all I could physically lift. I just never trained OHP.
Shoulder noob gains, I summon thee
Do not, under any circumstances do this. >Inhale as you move to set the weight down and exhale as you lift it. Don't forget to breathe.
How is it that in 2019 there's people on Jow Forums that don't know the valsava maneuver?

Bench: 185
Deadlift: 330
OHP: 120
how am i doing bros
How did you do that mr skellington
that squat better be in kgs
Switch to dumbbells. You are likely using your front delts and triceps for your bench press. Do it for a month exclusively and then back to the bench.
>Squat: 310
>Bench: 150
I wish I was joking
OHP: 80lbs*5
Bench:145lbs*1
Squat:210lbs*3
Deadlift: 245lbs*3
5'7" 140lbs manlet
I do barbell bench as an auxiliary lift every bench day, but using the wrong muscle group sounds like it’s possible. Do you have any form tips to using more of my chest?
150 lbs 5'8
Bench: 175 lbs
Squat: 315
Deadlift: 335 (last maxed in January and haven't really done them since then)
OHP: idk but I rep with 85 lbs
140 lbs 5'7
135 lbs ohp
235 bench
285 squat
400 dl
How the fuck do I gain weight, I've been lifting for like a year and I've been stuck around 140 since like the start of the year. I'm eating 3300-3600 calories per day for the past two weeks, weighing everything, and my weight is still the same as it was while I was eating 2800-3000
>Diddly 225 x 5

265 Bench
345 Squat
405x3 Deadlift
Are these good? I think im done number chasing for awhile its hurt my body
