I don't really work out, but I do keto and one meal a day in order to cut body fat. And my abs are starting to show, but they're all uneven.

Without surgery? A lot of calisthenics to train one half more than the other and a lot of hard work and dedication with a personal trainer guiding you all the way really.

Get used to it, its genetic. The rectus abdominus is the muscle that makes up your 'abs', and its the tendons separating it into sections that determines the shape of your 6 pack. For the record, yours don't even look that uneven. I'm also OCD and have slightly uneven abs, but I try not to let it bother me. Once you get to such a low bodyfat% that you're just pinching skin on the lower abs, you'll look good regardless

If you say so. I plan to keep on keto and one meal a day for the rest of my life. Just because it's a healthy way to live. So my body fat is going to keep getting lower and lower until I choose to eat more carbs.

I guess I'll go check out a personal trainer, too. See if they can give any good advance or sort of evening them out, even if they'll never be perfect.

You can even them out a bit size-wise, just not shape/location. Honestly I wouldn't bother with a pt for a problem like this, just do some research on targeting different parts of the core. You said you don't really workout, well if you want any change then you probably should. And I find doing my own research to be the most satisfying and effective way to go about things (of course with things like injury, see the pt or doctor or what have you).

I've been lifting a long time and had many muscle imbalances, most of which I've been able to improve/fix through specific and consistent training. Also for what it's worth, you notice these little imperfections about yourself far more than any other person ever will. We're our own worst critics

Tbh I quite like uneven abs. It gives more of a personal aesthetic than having perfect abs. Mine are slightly uneven but my abs and obliques are pretty well inserted and have a lot of definition which I think is more important to a good core overall.
