My forearms are much skinnier than my upper arms. I've been doing reverse curls and hammer curls for years, the forearms are still too skinny. What do? Picrel is not me but very similar.
Forearms disproportionately smaller than biceps
Oh, and my wrists are fucked, I can't do the
hold heavy things with your hands
Wrist curls and grip work
I have the reverse problem. Help?
Just like a baseball bat
I'm glad i'm not the only one with this issue. I don't think there is any solution.
Reverse curl, hammer curl, farmer carry
When I was navy I had fuckstrong forearms from all the shit I was doing all day erry day, but they were not much bigger than they are now. I mean I had like a fucking iron grip like an old salty bastard. I think size is just a bitch in that area.
Shit man
The only thing i can think of is not taxing them too much before training biceps, by using straps and such
Heavy farmer walks, deadlifts with no straps, Basically everything with squeezing without grips.
Just squeeze the fuck out of the bar.
Retard curlbro lmao
Deadlifts without straps, dead hangs, captains of crush grippers
T.COC 2
Can you high volume forearm stuff everyday? Wrist curls and extensions for high reps (25+) everyday and other stuff 3x a week like farmers walk, plate pinches, grippers etc.
My forearms are bigger than my biceps I think it looks weird but then I remember pianoman saying "I want my arms big but my forearms bigger" and looking at my arms I weep.
genetics, same as calves
nod really
up
wring a wet towel for a while, watch your forearms swell
do it now
I can't do such motions, my wrists are injured
The only muscle on your forearm reverse curls and hammer curls work is the brachioradialis. It's the biggest forearm muscle, but it's still only one muscle. Grip work and wrist curls only train your flexors. You also need to train flexion, pronation, supination, radial deviation, and ulnar deviation to get juicy forearms.
>You also need to train flexion, pronation, supination, radial deviation, and ulnar deviation to get juicy forearms.
How?
want to know too
>My forearms are much skinnier than my upper arms.
Your forearms and upper arms should be as equally thick as your thighs.
deads
do deadhangs and pull-ups with your fingers only and boom big forearms.
use these on every arm isolation exercise you do srs
Allocate some training time to farmer walks.
Seconding these. I use these every back day.
they are useless waste of time, like gymnastic rings
do farmer walks
You could do this, but I don't think they are necessary. Just do double overhand deadlift, and hold the fucking weight for a second instead of instantly putting it back down like 99% of people. It is essentially the same thing as a farmer walk except you're also getting a juicy as fuck back.
the reason these are so good is because the standard bars are too easy to grip, which makes your upper arms grow disproportionately bigger than your forearms. By using a thicker grip, both parts of the arm will grow at the same rate
put screws into a hard wooden board with a screwdriver, thick board, long screws. wrist and forearm gains guaranteed
What your routine look like? Hard to give you advice without knowing what you already do for them.
>I've been doing reverse curls and hammer curls for years
my wrists are injured, so I can't do any of this
Heaviest you can go 5-11 reps or stuff you can do 11+ reps?
Lay off the jerking for a while
...
This.
It should be obvious, really. If you have a lagging body part, work it directly.
compound > isolating
Do them standing. Not with your arm lying over a bench.
False. Just ask Scooby, who is more jacked than both of us combined.
