What does the numbers on load and speed per rep mean? The stuff between the ( ) make it confusing

load is percent of your ORM, so if its 90 and your max is 200 then you would do reps at 180

speed is percent of your max speed so if its 60 than do reps at 60 percent as fast as you can do them

I don’t have an info graphic but if you want to increase your push up count here’s what I did to prep for the military:
>calc max reps
>calc 80% of that
>do three sets of 80%, 1 min rest in between
>do this 3 times daily
>add 5 (five) reps to each of the three goes per day

simple and easy, got me from about 20 to 100 in no time. did the same for pull ups and sit ups as well.
