First I tried a low fat diet, cardio and gym (Didn’t work for me). Now I’m doing a cetogenic diet and basic calisthenics exercices. I still have localized fat in my chest and hips. Also I’m doing interminent fasting 16/8. Sometimes I skip breakfast.
Any recomendations? I’m in around 12% fat.

>cardio and gym (Didn’t work for me)
You mean you couldn't do it. If you burn more than you eat you literally have no choice but to lose weight.
That’s not 12% bro, but don’t care about the numbers care about looking closer to your goal
Mirin your progress Liu Kang
How much % fat do you think I have?
I’m going to cut it when I can show my abs
Lots
It took you 82 days to stand up straight?
Good man, keep it up.
Good job, OP! You've got some great progress going on! I was in a similar situation almost one year ago as a skinnyfat fella, so I know your struggle.
Losing fat and gaining strength at the same time is very difficult, which is why people usually opt for either bulking or cutting instead. While you're in cutting mode right now, you shouldn't dismiss the value of strength training to help build a solid foundation and core strength.
This will, in turn, help you look better because you'll have more visible muscle instead of fat..
Other than that, check out tdeecalculator.net
I believe in you, OP! You can fucking do it!
Exercise, cut out carbs and sugar completely(including fruits).
Try a meat based diet with some dairy products.
Carbs , vegetable oil and sugar make you fat, not meat.
I recommend lifting weights. You look malnourished.
>Try a meat based diet with some dairy products.
Ah yes, the "give me cancer as fast as possible" diet.
Not him but If you had cancer it would be a understandable excuse why you look like a pile of shit stuffed into a sack. With a body like yours you are in no position to be condemning any advice.
Oil , sugar and all that high carb will give you cancer or any other disease long before meat, plus weight gain.
Advice from "medical organizations" sponsored by the corn industry belongs on reddit. Sugar is in most foods today, even packed together with carbs. That's both cancer and obesity starter pack, but the meat boogie man still persists.
I'm not the OP, dipshit.
God bless you for being positive user
More like 16%bf but nice progress. You should lift weights though
Hah! Jokes on you. I a moderate amount of both.
I don’t care about the bad comments, thanks for the advices, I’ll do lift weights
Retard here. The appeal of keto is reducing your cravings for caloric foods or does it really makes you lose weight faster?
Get a haircut, you look awful
SS + GOMAD
>calisthenics
Drop that shit and start lifting, gain strength and lift hard. Keep cutting and in 3 months time you should look really good
That's some very good progress brah. Keep it up, you're gonna make it.
You should go to the gym. Calisthenics are good, but you'll be able to do so much more at a proper gym. Also light cardio is good for you.
18-20%
Good job though. You've made some really great progress dude.
Thank you, I used an online fat calculator and by that way obtained 12,4%.
Evan, is that you?
Better to do some weightlifting routine also. If you don't have enough muscles your total fat ratio to lean mass will be larger and it will not look good. Kerp on your progress. Forget keto
No idea who you are, but I’m actually proud of you for the progress. Extremely noticeable in your gut: almost comelletely gone! If you’re actually around 12% BF, it’s time to start lifting and ease up on the cardio. Be careful not to make the same mistake many overweight people do: they cardio and diet into pure lanklet hard-gainer mode. Learn basic weight-lifting concepts sooner rather than later.
Looking good op, keep at it. Start lifting weights and do cardio on rest days.
