Honestly brah, don't bother isolating triceps. Its easy to mess up your body if you're a newbie. Bench and OHP are great for building arms. Focus on putting more weight up on these movements.
You're a noob so don't worry that much, you're going to make gains for the next few months regardless.
Literally my hip flexors and adductors. My quads aren't that bad, but those imbalances make my squat weak.
