started lifting only a couple months ago. Never did much for triceps initially

Tried doing skullcrushers with dumbbells yesterday; ended up almost tearing my right tri with a thirty pound dumbbell on the eccentric movement

Honestly brah, don't bother isolating triceps. Its easy to mess up your body if you're a newbie. Bench and OHP are great for building arms. Focus on putting more weight up on these movements.

You're a noob so don't worry that much, you're going to make gains for the next few months regardless.

Literally my hip flexors and adductors. My quads aren't that bad, but those imbalances make my squat weak.

Lower back is completely fucked I can train calves better
