Figured I'd do it for the posterity before I stop lifting.

In other news: Anyone been to the Naval SCUBA school? I'm lookin' for excersizes to build up to it. I've got a few from my COB, but he isn't willing to enroll me in mudpups just yet.

Apparently I'm gonna have to stop pretty soon. I'm tryna go to SCUBA school, and the only advice I've gotten is: "Quit hitting the gym, and just fucking live in the pool." A damn shame if it's true, because I worked my ass off to bulk up to where I am.

You're in a good spot to start bulking. Non-ironically you really need to do facepulls, not because some fake natty on youtube said to but because your shoulders are rolled forward.

What does shoulders rolled forward mean, I have been living rough last few years on sofas and stuff would thst cause it or is it just from not exercising? Also would I not be better toning for summer, still being skinny looking somewhat decent then bulk after summer instead of being bulky over summer with no visible muscle?

Gain weight. Don't worry about a "summer bod" right now, fix what you have right now. Rolled shoulders sounds exactly like what it is. You're hunching over, essentially. Living rough will exascerbate the problem, but it's caused by poor posture. Sit up straight and hold your shoulders back, chin up. Facepulls and rear delt/back excersizes will do wonders. Look up some videos to help out.

Eat breakfast and lunch within an 8 hour window, don't eat dinner, eat fish erry day (fuck yeah pickled herring), lots of probiotics, essentially don't eat carbs.

My breakfast is greek yoghurt with homemade ginger concentrate (fresh ginger, honey, lemon, boiled and reduced), 5-8 pieces of pickled herring (about a whole fish) and a serving of natto. My lunch is a medium bowl of homemade stew, which usually contains a ton of meat (200g/portion), animal fats, lentils, spinach, red onion, bell pepper, garlic, and whatever spices I want. I used the lemon peels from the ginger concentrate in the last batch of stew I made, and it became insane.

I'm not really hungry, and I'm losing weight like mad.

i used to squat a lot and try to increase my 1rm. The most I ever got was 455lbs for 1. I haven't trained legs for about half a year now because I injured my lower back and so I started doing more cardio.
