Shoulder Training

The only thing you need for shoulders is OHP, berbell/dumbell, Laterals with dumbells/cables and Face pulls. Everything else is unnecessary and time wasting since shoulders are indirectly hit by other excercises such us Bench Press and Pull Ups.

Anyone have any experience with a labral tear

Unironically true. In fact I'd say just ohp and lateral raises are enough

I get the best results with high repping them shoulders, hby guys?

More facepulls your highness?

>tfw shoulder tendonitis
UGH...
i have full ROM, but my shoulder feels inflamed constantly...
what do? i've had this injury for months now..
was told to do shoulder rehab exercises, but it didnt change a thing, and kept my shoulder inflamed...
i'm taking a month off upperbody training and only doing SSB squats and no deadlifts...
should i wait till the inflamation goes away before doing rehab shit?
UGH

Yeah, I got surgery on it and it took about 3 months after including physical therapy to start back into the gym. Without the surgery I was dislocating my shoulder just rolling over in bed.

I do cable external rotations instead of facepulls, can I still make it brahs?

Just add Facepulls

MORE FACEPULLS YOUR HIGHNESS?

Yeah it doesn't sound bad. Make sure to get enough sets in a week

Theese are exactly what im doing thanks for confirming it op

What I personally do is train them 2x a week, 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise...

Keep doing it man, just be sure to include Barbell OHP for maximum aesthetics

10-12 reps
Ur a joke bro, it's not a working set of you can do more than 3

Ok

Why would you not maximize your shoulder growth and hit it from more angles though? Isolations take almost no effort and make it look better.

OHP 5x5, lateral raise 3x12 and bench variations twice a week. Good enough?

I have small rear delts and I wanna make them bigger :(

Yeah man, just add FacePulls

I mean you can but they're gonna get hit by your main lifts anyway so I finf it unnecessary

Barbell Rows, One Arm Dumbell Rows, Wide Grip Pull Ups and FacePulls

OHP 3x5
Lateral raise 3x8
seated OHP 5x12
Front raise 3x12
reverse flys 3x21
once every 5-7 days
s'all you need
