I want to lose all of my weight and increase my strength. Is that possible without a barbell or dumbbells?

Sure

Not really, esp. for lower body.
Dude literally just lift heavy things.
You can just go into the forest and pick up some boulders.
And you are probably weak and fat so start by lifting yourself. Pull-ups, pushups, planks, box jumps.
Best investment is a pull-up bar.
$10 pullupbar

To a certain degree with calisthenics.
Get yourself a pull-up bar (a doorway one is fine) and do pull-ups/push-ups.
For info look up FitnessFAQ/Calisthenics movement on YouTube.
You may also want to check out the recommended routine on r/Bodyweightfitness or startingbodyweight routine (good starting point if you are a complete beginner but they also scale pretty well).
Second great investment would be a pair of gymnastics rings.
Good luck op.
You are a great help and so are the others. Thanks!
Because they dont put in work that doesnt mean reddit is bad
Jow Forums is also mostly dyels look at the roider guy thread
>Second great investment would be a pair of gymnastics rings.
Bad investment, easy to injure yourself on rings.
Why are you poor as fuck?

yeah but at least most of Jow Forums is mostly not delusional about being dyels and doesn't operate on a censoring downvote system
> >reddit is bad, i am so cool with my sekret 4channel klub
reddit is bad because of karma/downvotes that censor any opinion that isn't easy-to-digest and agreeable.
the system is cancer
it has nothing to do with OMG LOL HAVE YOU SEEN /b/ XDDD????
Seriously, if you have weight issues you need to look into what you eat.
I came from a well-off family, but long story short, relatives kept money for themselves and I had to work my ass off just to survive $3/hour worth of work. I have savings but I would prefer to save it instead of spending it on overpriced gym.

It's shit, but much better than nothing I guess
Fix your diet and never eat out - optimize your food budget. This'll save you money and make you healthier.
Calisthenics and running. It's free.
Boom, you're healthier, getting fitter, and saving money.
>$3/hour
man that's rough, where do you live?
That's why it's a second one, I wouldn't really advise beginners (maybe for rows and isometric holds) to use them all that much. If you are more advanced they give you a lot of options though: curls, tricep extensions, dips, pull ups (with easily scalable single arm work), push-ups, ring rollouts (similar to ab wheel), rows, levers. That's if I were to choose one piece of equipment it'd be rings (you can also easily transport them and use almost everywhere). But you do have a point, ease yourself into it or you may snap your shit.
why has no one mentioned scooby

I'm not obese-tier fat, I just have a ridiculous amount of body fat% in my body. Last time I checked I had 32% bf at 185 lbs. and 172 cm height so I have been very concerned for my well-being. I've lost 9-10 lbs. so far and currently weights around 174-175 lbs.
I still want to grow strong though, I don't think I can be called fit if I'm losing weight yet at the same time losing muscle mass and getting weak.
wtf you have zero muscle mass
No-carb diet. Cook for a whole week in one batch.
I think you have to simple train hard and pay attention to your diet. As it is now you still seem pretty heavy for your hight. I haven't seen any pics of you but I'm assuming you are skinnyfat.
Not the worst place to start (some people lose literally hundreds of pounds and and up with lots of loose skin), also you've already lost some weight so just keep at it :)
I got evaluated by this thing. It told me I have 32% bf, while the body fat calculator found at /fat/ indicates that I should have around 27% bf. I think the machine is more trustworthy.
