Is it normal to hit 1/2/3/3.5 ? Or is my deadlift just dookie? I've been increasing frequency but all the "don't deadlift more than twice a week" memes have got to me
Now I run Push pull legs with legs being day 1 and 4 and I deadlift and squat on both days and on my final day (usually pull) I throw in 4 sets of deadlift. I'm hoping with this frequency i'll hit 1/2/3/4 by the the end of june.
