Take how much you think you need to eat and literally just keep going. Over do it

100g of oats and 6 eggs is already 800 calories. Add some condiments and you'll be over 1000 calories easy and it's only breakfast.
Here is what took me out of skelly mode (had trouble hitting 2.5 k a day first now eat 4 k a day)
2 huge shakes with protein powder 100 g oats vannila ice cream frozen fruit peanut butter and quark. 750 kcal each. One in the morning and one post workout. There you just added 1500 cheap calories bitch

Most normal faggots get a large portion of their calories from useless shit (soda, potato chips, etc.) and many people also have too much free time on their hands because mommy and daddy are rich and love them enough to let them spend all day "bodybuilding" in their basement all day. When you are eating right and need to provide for yourself, things get much harder.

Massive COPE. You can eat fine bulking at $10-20/day, 3k cals. Honestly you can do it for less than that.
You can genuinely make a good 1k calorie shake. That leaves you with 2k which really is just a normal diet.
