AB+ bloodslut here, not even sure there’s demand for my alpha blood that would kill men of other blood types, but....
>How adverse is donating blood to strength gains?
donating is good, it gets rid of excess iron in men
O- here not giving any of you shit
Based
Giving blood is a strength gains goblin
If you are giving blood make sure you get paid for it
>AB+ here
Die, filthy vampire
Is that a fucking sierpinsky triangle?
It will hit your recovery capacity, but if you eat enough it's going to be ok, or even good for you.
BUT watch your iron and ferritine levels closely.
If your iron drops, you'll really hurt your gains. Ferritine acts like a buffer, you'll deplete it first, so if it drops, FIX IT. Get more iron, donate less often, whatever but DON'T LET IT DROP. Not even if the docs are telling you it doesn't matter until your iron drops, while that's technically true, it's just a matter of time until it will, and you don't want to get to that point.
> A- here
Never gave, want to for the cheap money tho
idk I don't want to save someone who deserves to die
It’s not just traumas. I’m a nurse and I gave two units of donor blood to a patient yesterday who had surgery and the surgeon knicked an artery and fucked em up hemoglobin was 5.7
>donate blood in college (Red Cross)
>get a letter in the mail
>"You don't have HIV, but never donate again" (false positive)
two years go by
>donate blood in the military (ASBP)
>get a letter in the mail
>"You don't have HIV, but never donate again" (another false positive)
I'm white and was a virgin both times, wtf is going on? Am I immune to HIV because I have the antibodies already?
AB- MASTER RACE REPORTING IN
>be O+
>most common blood type that exists
>used to donate as often as I could
>realized it’s a huge gains goblin and halted my progress
>stopped donating
>gains go back to normal
Fuck it, not worth it
>tfw o+ npc
The most common blood type is A+
Nevermind, I am an idiot.
O- here. My pure blood will never enter the filthy and disgusting sewage system that is the human-rhesus monkey hybrid circulatory system.
based
i have no idea what bloodtype i have
i might not even have blood you dont know
Based unt über alles
>I'm a nurse
Post tits please
It's probably fine.
Also plenty of people have hemochromatosis, which leads to iron overload over decades and can cause organ damage. Donating blood is an easy way to keep that in check.
Should also reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.
If you're an endurance athlete I'd think twice, given you lose red blood cells.
Hello Brother, how does it feel having the rarest blood type?
O- master race, i refuse to give blood unless I'm compensated for my superior blood
I don't really care if it's Jow Forums or not. I do it to help my community. I've been doing it for years, every 3 months (450 ml). I plan it so that I get a couple of days off after doing it so I don't pass out during the big lifts.
I h8 u
I'm O+ #NormieLife
>A+ is most common blood type
Shut up nigger
We are the master race. O- people tend to be better suited to athleticism than others.
o- is the opposite of pure
Donating blood is pretty common for long term blast & cruise roiders due to elevated rbcs.
o- here
would gladly give blood if i were paid for it. but since it's not legal to sell blood here on my country, i don't give a damn.
ok monkey boy
Ooo ooo ahh ahh face ass
>dad is O-
>mom is O+
>haven't ever checked my own
I'm too scared to know this, I don't want to be a positive peasant.
based
O+ is good as you're a little less likely to bleed out from a lack of blood at a hospital
>OOO OOO AAA AAA
They still prefer ab+ donors for ab+ acceptors...
Why is that?
Who the fuck pays for blood anymore?
O- here. I just donate for the free snacks.
If I recall correctly other bloodtypes might still lead to a slight immune reaction when mixing with ab+. It's not a huge deal or something but still, it's best to prevent that especially in immunocomprimised people. I wouldn't know what parts of the blood causes that reaction.
based and xenoaryan pilled
I should probably ask my doc what my blood type is. I don't know why they never volunteer that info, that's potentially life saving they should remind you every blood work up.
Stop sharing needle when doing drugs you dumb.
