Yes. A 200lbs sub 20% bf 6' Male is someone I would trust if he claimed to have 1/1.5/2/2.5bw on the main lifts
Ok but sub 20 percent isn’t exactly hard is it you mongo
nice photo bro
>500lb deadlift
Yeah ok, nigger.
This
i want a hot 12.5%bf bf
there are literally hundreds of 150lbs girls deadlifting more than that lmao
Imagine thinking 500lbs is hard as a 200lb male
>500lbs deadlift
That’s the easiest one, at least for my genetics.
My most recent stats after powerbloating were:
6’0, 200lbs, 16-18%BF
S/B/D 410/275/530 (I don’t press)
No, he's clueless when it comes to bodybuilding. Look up the weights of physique competitors--even on roids, they are 180-190 lbs. Granted they weigh more in the offseason, but the fact of the matter is that to actually look good (10-12% bodyfat), you should not weigh more than 200 lbs as a natty, even if you're 6'. If you're like 6'3'', then okay. People underestimate their BF% all the time and how even an "in shape" looking person can have 10-15 lbs of fat to lose--even people like Rippletoe who've spent their lives lifting. Just like the memes suggest, he doesn't give a shit about bodyfat.
leave my man alone

>they never do
Rip says 200lb is minimum for men of average height. He would say you ought to weigh 240, it 275 if you want to compete.
Me right now at 187 (post cut)
Why does anyone listen to that fat failure Rippetoe? All he does is talk bullshit to skinny DYELs. Yeah drink your supermarket milk and do the shittiest good morning squats. Great plan.
height?
So as a 5'8 manlet is should weigh 200lbs? fuckkk
Absolutely. I'm as tall as Daniel Graig and I weight 200lbs with ~17% body fat.
haha fatty
FUUUARK
I'm actually starting to like David. His early work was a little too new wave for my taste, but when he hit that new PR in 2017, I think he really came into his own, aesthetically and artistically. The whole workout has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the reps a big boost. He's been compared to Rich Piana, but I think Laid has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humour.
Shave you fucking nasty faggot.
Leave me alone
If you're about 6' height, then no. Go past that.
220lbs @14% body fat would get you to jacked town
are you stupid
More like post video of DLing 500+lbs.
>they never do
2.5x body weight pull is easy. 500 lb deadlift is easy.
i'd be more worried about the 200 lbs ohp.
>500lbs DL is approaching elite level for a 200lb man
>i-it's easy I swear!
Yeah, ok niggers.
>t-thanks Rip...
I’m 6’8, 205lbs and I deadlift 500. I just have long arms - I only bench 230.
Those are "elite" numbers compared to the general population. Not for actual lifters or people doing real strength training. If you look at standards from places like USPA, actually elite isn't until you get to 600+ at 198 lbs. That's just to be middle of the pack at national competitions. All the top dudes are gonna pulling like 700+.
So no, it's not elite. "Elite" means comparable to what the top level competitors are doing. 500 lb deadlift is not elite for a 200 lb male.
from Practical Programming
he did that to himself
post body
underrated
You're delusional.
>If you look at standards from places like USPA
Alright how about the Texas state record for drug tested raw deadlift at 198lbs bodyweight is 479.50 lbs? AND they are probably still on gear, they just pass the tests anyway.
Rippetoe literally advertised Zach Evetts as a shining example of what his program can do.
What did he advertise his program to be able ot do? Because I can guarantee that he lifts a lot heavier weights than he did before.
>The fact is that Zach has gained 78 lbs. in 6 months, 46 lbs. of which is LBM. His squat has gone from 145 x 5 to 345 x 5
Yeah, that's pretty fucking good. He just need to cut down from his 21% bf to 12% and he'll look pretty good.
What were his numbers? If he's pulling good weight all he has to do is cut since he's carrying a lot of bf.
>165lbs record is 611lbs
Yeah I thought that was weird too, that the heavier class lifted lighter. Regardless, the main point is nationally competing powerlifters are on gear.
In 2019, David released this, youtube.com
Hey user!
That’s state level, not national. There are natty lifters deadlifting 500+ at
*plg
>natty
>I swear bro
dude 500 lb at 200 lb is nothing... I can pull mid 400s at 170 and I don't even train it, I could probably peak at 500 if I was an autistic gymcel
I love the candid shots of him, really reveals his real look. like a weird ugly stuck in transition tranny. At least he has a good body tho amiright
Not trying to talk shit, but you have a pretty low bench considering the rest of your lifts. Maybe you should consider pressing or at least working your triceps more.
>500 being hard
>inb4 sumo
I've also pulled 550 conventional
haha is that you? You look tiny
Yet 500+ deadlift is still easy
how about you eat and do something other than DL you skinny beta faced geek
omg im literally 202lbs 20% bf and 6`.
Am i..... the ideal?
kek i now im not
*know
No. I can do 3/4/5 for one rep, usually train for 8-12 reps, am 6'1 and 200 lb. I still have high bodyfat (above 15%) and have a slight double chin. I would only recommend going there when you want to get stronger and then cut if you reached your goal (for me it was the 4pl8 squat, I bulked to 205 to get there and now cut).
imagine deadlifting past 4pl8 lmao
>500lbs deadlift = roids
How shit must your deadlift be that you can’t even imagine lifting 500lbs? There are women who can do that easily.
yeah like every 2nd girl I see can dl 500lbs these days lmao
haha definitely not like .01% of women who ever lived no no haha
That wasn’t implied by what I said, was it?
6' 185 is ideal
USPA drug tested meets have only been around for like 2 years, retard. And there have probably been only a few of those meets in Texas in total.
The USAPL 93 kg record in Texas is 355 kg, AKA 783 lbs. The only reason the drug tested USPA record isn't higher is because nobody has bothered to sign up for one of their drug tested meets and break it yet.
I easily took a USPA state record at 181 with a 562 lb deadlift, as a natty. Since then, another 181 has pulled nearly 600 and broken that. 500 weighing 200 lbs is not a lot of weight. Again, there are people pulling >700 lbs at that weight. 500 is not elite.
This is retarded but it made me laugh.
