Really you can’t. Two months isn’t enough time to change anything drastic. If you hit the weights hard you might be able to see small differences in a before and after photo but nothing crazy. I’d start working out and do a small cut of 5-10 pounds. Bulk during winter and next year you will have some real gains

Clean bulking is eating calorie dense vegetables, lean meats, etc. it’s a little harder to get your calories that way if you have a small appetite, but your body will thank you later on.
However if you want quick results with little to no effort, you could always eat a fuck ton of McDonalds and other fast food garbage. (Not the healthiest way to go about it)
