Because fast food is designed to keep you a slave to empty carbohydrates and excessive sodium. It makes you crave more until you go into a food coma.

Cheat meals should just be a large portion of what you regularly eat, or something luxurious like a sushi platter.

Because I generally have a cheat meal when my lifts are suffering and the extra calories help my recovery as well as making me feel less bored.
