Two weeks. Heavy fasting. HIIT. EC stack. High rep lifts to failure. High protein. Will I die?
An experiment
Hopefully
Good luck doing anything that resembles HIIT or lifting to failure while fasting. I hope you die desu, and likely a huge chance with throwing ephedrine into the inevitable cardiovasular problem you're going to have from stressing out your body to the literal max. :
I will report back. This is merely an experiment.
what if someone fasted for weeks and just walked like 14 hours a day? would they die?
this. Deaths on ephedrine were directly related to doing exactly what you plan on doing, you will probably croak mid workout from the loss of electrolytes. I hope your lips turn purple faggot
I won't do the HIIT while the ephedrine is active. I'm mainly just using it as an additional fat burner. I've tried doing cardio on ephedrine before and I know what you mean.
Yes
I tried this already OP. Multiple times. Every time I get injured. Something about fasting makes you more susceptible to injuries.
How did you manage the lack of energy? I've been doing cardio in a fasted state for a bit now and I can't imagine how much harder it would be if I attempt HIIT instead while fasted.
snake juice
I did this except + 400mg DNP and LISS instead of HIIT. Why the fuck would you even do HIIT under those conditions? Just man up and do an hour of cardio if you actually want to lose the weight, fat fuck. Doing HIIT while fasted + under EC is retarded as fuck. Should have started cutting months ago retarded faggot
I've been doing LISS for a while, lost 80lbs already. Not really looking to play with DNP. Just want to see how my body and mind react to the strain on it's fat stores.
you're not straining your fat stores, you're straining your heart
I see what you mean. I'll reconsider the timing of the EC stack.
i didn't. it always got me in the end. i would hurt myself then wake up the next day with neck pain or some other pain so bad that i had to lay in bed the entire day.
Have you tried anything to prevent the pain (stretching, rolling)?
It'll take weight off of you, but unless you fix the habits that put it on in the first place, you'll just regain it.
I've gone from 310lbs down to currently 228lbs. I made it down to 230 6 months ago and then ballooned up to 260 again. I've been doing this for a while, and have dedicated myself to the lifestyle. I'm not looking for a quick fix of any sort. I'm just trying to break the monotony with something a bit extreme.
>diet and exercise
>will I die
the state of fucking Jow Forums.
I dunno, fasted exercise is already difficult. Lifting heavy and doing hiit will take it out of you. If you do it, do it safely.
I wont be suprised if you throw up water and stomach acid.
I've thrown up stomach acid before. It's not so bad. I am concerned about the heart strain, might just drop the EC stack.
If you're not looking for a quick fix then keep the monotony up.
Monotony makes me get comfortable. When I get comfortable I tend to think. When I think I tend to get sad.
There is a certain strategy you can use in your workouts in order to make the gains more permanent. We already know that if you train to failure on each set, you can lock in more strength so you don't have to work out as soon next time since going to failure seals it in. If you stop short of failure on any set, then you're likely going to have a strength leak and it'll be a waste of your time to workout.
It would be very painful
