Okay, so I figured out my tdee (2300), my intake after cut (1800), and how much protons I should take to achieve my goal body weight of 65 kg (starting form 90 here).

Protons will fill some of my calorie limit. How should I split the rest between fats and carbs? I will probably have enough carbs that I add when I aim for the protons, so keto is out of the question. What is a healthy split between fat/carbs for a cut?

I finally reached my first goal at 85 kg, starting from 110 kg in January. So I basically lost 5 kg each month. Feels good. Just 5 kg left to reach a healthy BMI.
