If you are not baiting us with that pose and lighting it looks like 15-20 % bf. I'd cut hard till your abs are visible in any lighting.
At this point I would try to cut till you are 10 % bf and bulk from that. I fear if you try bulking now, you'll just set yourself up for long and miserable cut and lose muscle in process.

Get shredded if I was you. Eat high protein and do a lot of calisthenics, explosive body weight exercises. That gives you a solid, strong ans lean base to start lifting heavy weight

>AMRAP toes to bar. If you can't reach the bar, lift your knees

Low bodyfat which is good for summer, do some weighted ab work so your abs pop more and obviously you need more muscle, 154 at 5'10 is still on the skinny side. Get up to 160 to 165 and you'll look solid.

Ab roller ain't going to do shit, you need a much higher calorie burn. Do HIIT. Get a jump rope and use it for 10 minutes every morning instead of the ab roller. That ab roller ain't going to do shit for your physique. You need to burn fat.

What the one user said about HIIT actually does help. Try sprinting for 10 seconds, then walking for 50 seconds, then sprinting for 10 seconds, then walking for 50 seconds. Keep doing this until you can't do it.

Just turned 27 so it's all down here from here. I did lose about 70 lbs in an 8 month span so the rapid weight loss could be a contributing factor. I'm hoping some of it goes back though
