I'll be there pretty soon. Unemployed fag, only about 6k left in savings. 1500 rent. I've been paying the rent out of my savings and letting everything else go to the card, past 2 months just made minimum payments on it. Probably up to 4k by now (bills, food, and medical stuff on it, too.) When my money gets low enough I'll put my rent on the card, too. The hole digging will accelerate.
I have a 10k limit last time I checked, might be 12k or 14k by now actually.
I used to never have less than 5k in savings. At my lowest I had 3500. That's after multiple long bouts of unemployment...

And my lease is up in a few months and I can switch to cheaper housing that even a part time job could afford. Also not expecting to be unemployed that long.
