I know that feel, I just try to not think about, and do something else meaningful instead of talking to people. Whether or not this is bad, it has been working for me. Just remember it doesn't always have to be like this, things do change, you just need to put the effort and time.

I'm from the UK too. Dropped out after second year because I realized everyone in my class was borderline retarded normie-tier who just complained until they got the grades they needed, that the lecturers didn't give two shits about teaching beyond getting a paycheck and that they'd always help the women of the class over the men because they need to help them along to fulfill a diversity quota.

I was like you before. I quit college, mainly because I lived so far away and also because of having no social skills. I don't regret it, I would never have made it anyway.

The thing is, at least in the UK, uni was once a place where people who actually wanted to study a certain subject further purely out of interest went. Now it's just extended high school except all the retards and intellectuals are mixed into one class. Uni has become about "making experiences" (going out and having sex at every possible oppurtunity). The whole education system is a fucking sham. Even the government is now saying GCSEs are a pointless system. This excludes top universitites like Cambridge and Oxford btw, where half the students all come from the same 7 elite grammar schools and the other half are chinese exchange students.
