I do make a intraworkout mix of mostly water, some milk, some honey, and half a scoop of whey protons and pretend it's breast milk.
Supposedly breast milk is like watered-down milk and a little sweeter so my mix replicates that.

I actually tried this recently but I could only drink 1 quart weekly due to the cost. A whole gallon of titty milk would probably run you around $100+ if you get it online like I did. I noticed that younger mothers had richer tasting milk that was actually pretty good. As far as gains are concerned there was really no difference in my weight progress over the 10 week period I tried this. I recommend sticking to a normal mass gainer unless you can afford to shell out $700 a week on milk. Obviously things are different if you have a gf.

It is loaded with immune boosting agents such as the antibody IgA. This protects many of the high risk areas for pathogen entry such as the eyes, mucous membranes, saliva, and urinary/gastrointestinal tracts. Infants actually are entirely reliant on it as the source for IgA as they only have IgG at birth. This is part of why they end up healthier than bottle-fed.
Fun fact: Whey is milk protein as you all probably know, but Whey Concentrate which is less 'pure' actually contains immunoglobulin A (IgA) antibodies which may boost the immune system slightly. Bovine antibodies still seem to attack some human pathogens. Whey isolate while higher in total protein, actually removes the natural antibodies.

I can't find any solid data on maximum amount of breast output, but it seems like the average is about 25-30 ounces a day. A gallon is 125 ounces. So you would need to have five lactating women on your payroll just to have a gallon a day
