The brain fry thing is because you are dehydrated. Drink more water, just in general. If you feel thirsty when on the bike, you're already in a bad state for cardio. Hydrating yourself for a hard ride starts the day beforehand.
Fucking pedophile.
because you don't do it often enough, fatass.
i unironically look forward to running. I hated it at first but I genuinely love it now, It grows on you once you notice the effects of great cardiovascular health. I feel great after a nice 4mile run.
Grow up.
this is fucking retarded
so you are saying if i train in this very specific heart rate im getting no gains?
its like saying the 7rep range does nothing because its not hyper trophy or strength training
Disgusting cradle robber
REEEEE!
HIIT is better for cardio than low intensity.
pic related is stupid but really the answer is to quit being a lil bitch boy and keep going
Go run outside, it takes a solid 10min for me to get in the zone and stop being in pain but after that it feels great
kek
It isn't, you're just retarded. Do what lazy fuckers like me do when we want to do cardio but don't want to actually run. Treadmill, 4mph, 12 degree incline for 45 mins, congratulations that's literally all you have to do.
You are better off tm doing the high intensity stuff than this. Just find one hill that you can climb repeatedly
This most likely. Everything else in this thread is shitposting
>4mph
I walk at 5.5...I’m supposed to start doing cardio by running slower than I walk? What kind of paradox calorie burning is this
It's supposed to feel like that, do something you enjoy like sports and it makes it much better.
Fucking fatty. Not only underestimating food you eat, but clearly overestimating speed. Unless you are taking 7 foot strides at walking pace, you are definitely lying.
not even OP, I’ve just always walked pretty fast. Could be closer to 5 to be fair. Once did a 12km route through a forest in 2 and a half hours (not including breaks) carrying a 20~30kg camping bag but I’ve literally never known how to run aerobically
HIIT isn't cardio
HIIT is both anaerobic and aerobic.
Only at the start. Also you're doing it wrong.
Doing cardio correctly with minimum impact on your joints etc (aka not being a ungainly retard) you can run for hours. Stop pushing hard and just glide.
You’re exhausting yourself and not training your aerobic fitness optimally. You’ll get some gains but you’re hitting a wall.
Did you start lifting by loading heavy as fuck the first time or did you progressively increase at a lighter weight?
Not for beginners who don’t have a base and don’t know what the fuck they’re doing. If you want increased aerobic fitness (aka the point of cardio) then you need to go slow.
Thinking HIIT is a suitable substitute for proper cardio is no different than the fucks on Jow Forums who legitimately think lifting weights is counts as cardio because they get sweaty and their heart rate elevates.
>Not for beginners
Interval training is fine for beginners.
> If you want increased aerobic fitness (aka the point of cardio) then you need to go slow.
No you don't.

This user gets it. Max out the incline and walk at a challenging but not exhausting pace for 30-60 minutes. Literally all you need to do.
Just do battle ropes bro
You don't walk at 5.5 mph as a fatty
Very based
Sure, it's definitely possible to walk that fast, point is OP is a fatty and fatties don't walk that fast.
Not doing 30 incline, 3 mph
Ngmi (jk)
Not that user, but it might actually be true. When I was a rower the way it was explained to me that the grey zone would net you only the cardio gains of zone 2, but just tire you out more.
I used to hate running, too. Now I feel like my day is incomplete if I don't do it. It really does grow on people. I don't know if it's just me or not but sometimes when I run it feels super euphoric and overall I just rewlly love running now.
So wtf do I need to do as a beginner because I want to be able to mix the cardio in with my dog walk so I can kill 2 birds one stone.
>fucking women in their sexual prime is pedophilia
The absolute state of femicucks
>Interval training is fine for beginners.
Let’s get the people who hate cardio to do the most unenjoyable version of it. Top stuff
dont try to train your cardio and while dragging a dog around, it will ruin your pacing and wont be good for the dog
Kevin Spacey did nothing wrong.
I mean, maybe he did, but he's too good to be blamed for it. DiCaprio is on the same boat
So is Kramer
>I don't know if it's just me or not but sometimes when I run it feels super euphoric
It's called runners high.

Kek, the lifting guide that was over 200 pages long and contained 2 references.
Cope
because you're in such bad cardio condition, you're unable to do cardio at a level that doesn't kill you.
slow down. go easier. build your cardio base.
You need to set goals for pushing performance that are attainable.
You're not going to push through the pain and do a 6 minute mile your first time. You could try a jogging pace for the first 1400 meters and faster on the last 200+ meters. Then work on increasing your output.
Gradually build up tolerance to fatigue.
