I'm done with strength training faggotry

I became so strong while having so little muscles, that I can't have a gym session without almost passing out from fatigue. I may be a pussy faggot but I just want hypertrophy now. What's a good program? Can I still stick to the main compound lifts?

Same bro. I hit 90kg OHP, 150kg bench, 180kg squat, 220kg deadlift but I gave it all up 2 weeks ago for a hypertrophy program. Strength is not worth it if you look like shit

3x8-12 reps of all exercises, train for pump, use dumbells where possible

i'm just doing a push pull legs program now. No routine set in stone yet as I'm just feeling out the program. I do 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps. I already love the pump. I do about 4-8 exercises per bodypart

Change your programming, start increasing your work capacity (short rest periods, higher volume, cardio, plyo)
You’re probably intermediate now depending on your size, so you’ll probably want some kind of periodisation. But also you need to stop being a faggot, eat and add weight to the bar if you want to grow.

No, I still don't use machines. My push workout is bench 4x8, then incline db press, 3x8-12, then OHP 3x8-12, then maybe something else then I go onto triceps. It's very refreshing cmopared to the usual powerlifting bench workout

German volume training

10x10 squats at 50-65%1rm
2-3 sets of accessory work 12-25 reps of each. Hammies and glutes. Leg extensions

10x10 bench
Pullups for accessory, flies

10x10 deadlift (these are fucking hard so it's ok if you puss out at 8ish sets, form starts to deblitate at this point. Use straps)
Squats and kettlebell for accessory

10x10 push press or ohp (I like push press cause lol jiujitsu)
Some snatches or cleans for accessory, or go bi's and tri's if you want lolhueg arms

That's what I do, not more a mere mortal. Creatine and eat alot and you will look fucking PUMPED
