When you guys cruise, do you bring your test down to natty levels, or do you stay slightly above it?

From talking to people there seems to be a bit of contention. I train with guys who B&C and one of them told me if he keeps his test in the higher end of natural (he told me his bloods go to absolute shit if he doesn't) while others on their cruise have a reduction of their blast but never really go down to natural levels.

I'm aware this obviously depends on a variety of factors - genes, diet, age, severity of blast etc but wondered how you lads treat yourselves on a cruise.

the whole point of a cruise is to let your lipids and various health markers recover... which won't happen if you're still supra physiological. if you're not gonna cruise properly just don't even pretend and keep permablasting

Guys I'm on my 3rd week of PCT, just took 40mg/day nolv for the first two weeks, tapering down to 20mg now. (Had a long cycle so doing 40/40/20/20/10)

My issue is that I just got my HCG and I can't find any data on Nolv and HCG working/not working together. I'd be dosing it at 500UI every other day until I'm out, so about 10 doses.

I just pinned my first 500UI, so it's mixed and I can't just waste it at this point. Is it useless since I'm starting so late? I need to get my fucking balls B A C K

The problem with running long cycles is your gains are going to drop off dramatically after 12 weeks or so. And you're going to have to while that much longer to cycle again. That's why people don't bother with 20 week cycles or whatever. Better to keep it 10-12 weeks, get your optimum gains.

Basically either cycle for 10-12weeks or just go full blast and cruise.

Rad + mk is fine. Expect big strength gains. You should increase weights for reps every workout. I would run for 6 weeks and i would keep a PCT on hand such as nolva just in case. If you run for 4 weeks only your probably going to want to keep going so might as well do 6-8 weeks but do whatever u want

Nothing, I mean test prop will be out of your system quickly but you'll get your test production suppressed regardless. You MAY not need PCT if you get off after being on for 1 week or something but it's not guaranteed. Test prop is a lot of pinning, so if you're new to stabbing yourself you may not like that, you often will pin test prop every other day.

it was a from a reputable source that many in this general use - having tren cough, nightsweats, constant erections, etc. might also be a pretty good indicator. :^)

I cruise at TRT doses for the sake of my health. If my test goes up towards the top of the reference range, then my estrogen and RBC/hematocrit start to get a little elevated. The goal of the cruise is to have everything normal and stable for a while, so that's what I do.
I've heard of people cruising at 300, but I'm not sure what their blood work looks like (if they even check).

You want your body producing its own HPTA hormones, and you're preventing that with supraphysiological amounts of exogenous hormones. During a cycle you use HCG to keep your balls from going to sleep.

I'd say yes start right away. Try taking one every 5 days or so and see how that works out for you. If your nipples feel itchy, every 3 days.
