I'm from Europe so its good quality bread but fuck me, every day i buy a loaf of ciabatta at my local baker and eat about an entire loaf a day.

Europeans have been eating bread for an absurdly long time. You are not going to harm yourself by eating it. If you're too fat/heavy then eat less of it. Just get a smaller piece of bread and continue on with life.
If your lifting and meeting your progress goals then does it matter?
Ciabatta is fucking great and It's filling without being too dense a bread.
In saying that, a loaf a day may be more than the average dyel should be having but that depends on your particular energy needs, not everyone else's.

nutrition isnt black and white and alot of it depends on where your ancestors come from, but some people are fine on bread, and carbs hardly spike their insulin but fat does, whereas all these ketoers are clearly the opposite,
If you have the specific gene which is linked to the insulin spike from sat fat and not carbs, then keep eating bread, if you dont have it then youre spitting on your ancestors grave and you need to stop
