The Olympics banned ohp for a reason. It is such a waste of effort, uses tiny muscles, and was holding the sport back. If you want to make up for your shitty powerlifting numbers by being "the best in your gym" at a lift nobody cares about be my guest. It just frees up the 45lb plates for people who are serious
Literally the most stubborn exercise to get better at. Been stuck at 2 pl8 for almost 9 months. no matter how much volume I increase per week it still just wont budge. I do 3x8 at 185, 3x15 135 and no matter how much I try to make even volume prs I still either end up getting weaker or getting the exact same amount of reps as I have before
