300ml water
1 scoop whey

drink it in 2-3 big sips like a big boy

cold oats in milk, tasty. oatmeal tastes like asshole

Whole milk, honey, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon. Let them soak overnight in the fridge.

I just have it with milk. Nothing special really. I also find that putting the milk in the bowl first works better for me, dunno why.

I have a variation of pic related, recently bought a cookbook with some good recipes although most of the time I make variations on the recipe following it in rough lines. Mostly because I don't have all the ingredients.

i use one cup of oats, one cup of whole milk, and a spoon of peanut butter its probably a tablespoon or two. and when i microwave it i do it so its only lukewarm and soupy because if it gets too sticky i can't choke it down to eat it

water, raisins, and warm but not not hot. mix one pre-mix maple and brown sugar to two parts straight oats. just the right amount of sweetness.
