it's delicious marinaded chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and fried mushrooms (enoki mixed with oysters). And the bowl is a delicious chicken thigh with a small helping of rice boiled in chicken broth and baked for a few minutes that my roommate made for me.

Acschtually, I think the iodine deficiency is much more frequent, cuz I am from a slav country, which suffered from Chernobyl thing and I litterally have two members of my family with thyroid issues. Just saying, that iodine deficiency can be much more global than youd think

thyroid issues from radiation is different from thyroid issues from iodine deficiency. But those plants that poster was complaining about interfere with iodine intake, i.e., if you have thyroid issues because you got dosed with radiation, I don't think you need to worry about eating too much broccoli.
