I noticed that people who do starting strength end up looking like shit.

Why is this guy a model? He doesn't have any of the male model facial features, like hollow cheeks, defined jaw, lean face.

Primary factor at play here is good genetics: certain kind of muscle insertions are more desirable than others

I know genetics, but like if I do strong lifts 5x5 even with his genetics, wouldn't I just end up powerlifter body.

So he most be doing some sort of split. Maybe, just focusing on abs, chest and arms each day.

It’s called not eating refined sugars and carbs. This guys probably didn’t eat carbs and is dehydrated day of the show though.

It's all genetics, seriously, EVERYTHING is determined by good genes

and it just so happens that men who are very handsome and impeccable facially, usually have very good genes for everything (height, skeleton, muscle insertions)

I have two friends. One has been seriously lifting for 3+ years, benches close to 250 and never shuts up about his gym autism. He looks like Dr eggman and looks tragic shirtless. My other friend just started working out with the first 6 months ago and his upper body exploded, big pecs, wide shoulders, abs and he can barely bench 160.

Looks like a half decent muslim with a good body. In the current year that's enough

Yeah, but most people here won't put the effort to reach it (most people here don't even lift), and the ones who will probably don't have high enough T and/or genetics to look like him. So even if it's achievable natty, you should look at it as if it wasn't

do a PPL routine for 6 months plus lean bulk if youre skinny cut if youre fat and voila

Intrestingly, genes for strength and explosiveness aren't necessarily related to aesthetics and insertions that are societally accepted as Good Looking

that's why you have guys who look like shit but are really strong or good fighters for example.

But yeah, for bodybuilding and sculpting, it's all genes. And usually pretty face also means a pretty body, i have no idea why, it's probably because God hates us all

I go to gym twice a week full body it takes up to 5 hours to get through my session I do 4 sets of 12 of every exercise. I do abs and cardio inbetween the gym my abs is a 45 minute high intensity workout. For cardio I walk 30 mins except the one day I go for my non stop jog and finish it off with 16 times up and down 45 stairs at the skate park. But like one set is up and down not like 1 is up and 2 is down

If you maxed out on SS then went on a massive cut while trying to maintain strength you'd look decent

They do bro splits to be lean and tight but not gain any mass. This is combined with lots of cardio and a strict diet. If you are fat, you will never look like this without surgery.
