Let myself get pretty fat on the left to get a 405 bench. Made some good improvements to body composition by doing a lot
more volume and drastically increasing protein intake. Been lifting a little over 5 years now.

I do my own programming. Right now it looks something like this:

M: Heavy Bench/Pressing Accessory/Triceps
T: Squats/Leg Accessory/Back/Biceps/Calves
W: Heavy Strict Press/High volume delt accessory
T: Rest
F: Speed Bench/High volume upper chest/triceps
S: Deadlifts/Deadlift Accessory/Back/Biceps/Calves

I try to hit 20-25 working sets for a muscle group that I’m trying to grow, 10-15 sets if trying to maintain.

Took the picture on the right yesterday. That’s not very nice friend, why the hostility?

I don’t do barbell curls or barbell rows. Best OHP is 225, slowly chipping away at that one, it has always been a hard lift for me. Took a few years off from them, added them back in a couple months ago. Best pull-up set was 3 reps with 90lbs added, or 17 bodyweight for an AMRAP.

Current bodyweight, so around 260. My back has always been one of my strong points. I try to get 100+ bodyweight pull-ups done every week, been doing that for quite a while now.

Thanks buddy. Work hard, be consistent, and you’ll make it. I started out at over 300lbs as a virgin neckbeard gamer. Couldn’t bench or squat a plate and had horrible posture from sitting in a chair 10 hours a day for years. Lifting changed my life.

You see how left he looks smaller in muscle mass? How is it that when people cut down they look like they have even more mass. Like when cutting when you are losing some weight you will look deflated if im correct. Then when you get to low body fat and you have mass you should look like you have mass again right?
