Honestly good question because they are already fat af
I bet they don't know there is a difference between simple and complex carbs, and just have this NPC thought that carb=bad. Probably pushed by some retard media, to put the blame of their fatness.
Just buy whole grain, you fat ass. (No not brown or multi grain, read the fucking ingredients you illiterate)
Fear and disgust are separate emotions. That said, I favor a low carb (100g) diet because empirically that's what works best for me - I've tried it all. As to the picture: grains have no unique nutritional merits; furthermore, why should I buy peasant fodder when fresh meat and produce is so cheap and plentiful here?
they eat skim milk cereal for breakfast
they're clearly more scared of fat
That's because skim milk tastes better because of the extra lactose.
LMAO, meditarranean diet is 50% carbs and yet you won't find fat people over there
peoples view on carbs are screwed because they believe everything they read
Asian here. From what I've got from threads. They have shit rice selection. Some even mention instant cooked rice in threads. They probably don't know how to clean and cook rice.
Well for starters their agricultural sector is filled with profit seeking degenerates who have ruined their own ecosystem and fertility creating abominations of food. The amount of shit they use on all their food products it's no fucking wonder the country has a skyrocketing allergic population.
Basically everything from the seed to the water, fertilizers and pesticides as well as hormones they feed animals is killing their population.
you can easily blame the atkins diet for this one. it's the one that caused all of this "carbs bad" bullshit back when it sprung up in the mid 2000s. not to mention the fact that when we're in school we're taught that 7 servings of bread a day is what's required to have a "nutritional" diet so you can see how warped perspectives get. misinformed and misguided. it's all it is.
Because when Americans think of "carbs", they are usually thinking about processed food products that are roughly 50% fat by calorie, a substantial portion of which is polyunsaturates.
There's a lot of this. "Carbs bad" turned into another magic pill for weight loss, and of course we still manage to fuck it up.
Because they just love dem burgers breh...
It doesn't matter what you say. Carbohydrates are not food for humans. They all convert to glucose and later fat. Carbohydrates cause inflammation, eating carbs any more than 1 serving per day is just plain retarded if you are going for aesthetics. If you can't take the time to research these facts then you're too fucking stupid to be here and definitely not gonna make it.
Because they're already fat
>If you can't take the time to research
You first, shithead. Drink bleach like keto kerri advises.
>Carbohydrates are not food for humans. They all convert to glucose and later fat. Carbohydrates cause inflammation
Keto has huge benefits.
>Correlatives of increased GH, decreased DHT, and increased T (benefiting sensation, libido, and orgasm)

Carbs are replace-able with protein (powders). 80:20 casein:whey has way more options for properties and recipes.
American here. There is simply a strong lack of education about food and diet. I work at a coffee shop, and I have to make a sugar free keto Americanos for overweight white girls 3-4 times a day.
Hey ketard, if you go abroad to Asia or non-western country everyone is thin and eats carbs.
Its actually the fat consumption that is high in America.
Nobody is consuming tons of fruits or even bread on its own.
You eat breakfast with milk. You eat potatoes with butter and cheese. You eat donuts which are 40% fat.
Nobody eats sugar cubes on its own.
Ketards man. Literally Americans and Europeans eat the most amount of fat. Yet they blame carbs.
>sugar free keto Americanos
I don't know why I found that part funny
The truth is that protein is more satiating than carbs (and is the second most abundant item in the body, to water).
Fat consumption is mostly only relevant because it has 9 Calories per gram; there are so many options; etc.
Based dyel brainlet
EXCESS carbs convert to gluscoe then fat.
Another butthurt gook poo subhuman shill thread that has nothing to do with fitness
>Carbohydrates cause inflammation
This is easy to measure by doing blood test. I eat tons of carbs and my inflammation markers are very very very low.
Enjoy your heart attack at 40
Japanese obesity rate is around 3% yet their diabetes rate is around 7% but yeah sure it's definitely not their high carb diets contributing to such a high rate. For reference, USA has 30% obesity rate and 9% rate of diabetes. Look at the added sugar in packaged foods sold in the USA and the FDA food guide pyramid propaganda that says to eat 10 servings of carbs per day. All these idiots spouting their pro carbohydrate bullshit are legit retards and unable to cope with modern empirical scientific data not backed by grain industry lobbies.
Apparently you're unable to find evidence that disproves me. Humans were not meant to sustain themselves off of high carbohydrate foods for extended times.
Interesting how you shift from their argument about obesity to diabetes in a population that genetically has a higher risk to diabetes. Despite their genetic predisposition to diabetes Japanese still have a lower rate of diabetes compared to Americans. Seems like you're unable to cope with modern empirical scientific data
Our grains and potatoes are loaded with all kinds of horrible shit and mycotoxins. You can eat a more traditional diet in your country maybe but I am fighting ZOG and cannot afford to expose myself to c*rbs.
You didn't even read my post you fucking idiot. I never said that Japan had higher rates of diabetes or obesity. I said that carbohydrates are not a good and they directly cause insulin resistance which in turn, causes diabetes and/or obesity. Japan also does not have the FDA telling them from children to eat 10 servings of bread every day. Japanese people eat fibrous vegetable with carbohydrates and either way, they aren't eating 50% of their calories from carbs unless they're poor. Please stop responding, your double digit IQ is showing.
>Americans
>scared of the thing they eat the most
huh
life began on organisms converting sunshine into glucose.
thats basic biology right there, very basic.
americans are just fat and they try to find something to blame.
they are also addicted to cheese and bacon so keto is like a holy grail.
sadly keto will shorten their life, which is good because i hate americans.

Carbohydrates increase triglycerides more than saturated fat and increase insulin response which in turn causes fat storage and leads to insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is the underlying factor in the majority of heart disease patients.
>Grains bad
Ketarda are re-issued NPCs.
Only subsets have not adapted, outing self as untermensch.
>Carbohydrates increase triglycerides more than saturated fat
you are so goddamn wrong its funny
Meanwhile italians have a carb based diet yet only 9.8% are obese and only 5.3% have diabetes
>You didn't even read my post you fucking idiot.
You attempted to discredit the user's reasoning that an asian diet with regular carb consumption is healthy. You did so with
>Japanese obesity rate is around 3% yet their diabetes rate is around 7% but yeah sure it's definitely not their high carb diets contributing to such a high rate
There is no interpretation of this that leads to any conclusion other than what I've outlined above. Nowhere in my post did I imply that you said that Japanese had higher rates of diabetes or obesity but I understand your lack of cognitive ability considering your diet reduces your mental capacity.
>I said that carbohydrates are not a good and they directly cause insulin resistance which in turn, causes diabetes and/or obesity
The majority of the civilized world consumes carbs regularly yet obesity worldwide isn't on the same scale as in the Americas.
>the FDA food guide pyramid propaganda that says to eat 10 servings of carbs per day
Dietary guidelines changed. Blame the Swedes for the food pyramid. In the USA the pyramid wasn't used for very long before it was modified to recommend a 27% grain diet. 13 years of recommending the original, terrible pyramid is not long enough to cover the obesity issue in the states.
>Hey ketard, if you go abroad to Asia or non-western country everyone is thin and eats carbs.

Ketards man. Literally Americans and Europeans eat the most amount of fat. Yet they blame carbs.
This person brought up Asia to compare to the USA, hence my response.
Saying that the rest of the world isn't obese and they eat carbs is a false equivalency and your mental deficiency is showing. The USA is a far more wealthy country than the majority of the planet and makes up like 5% of it.
Bringing up Sweden is pretty irrelevant considering that my point was that the recommended ammount of grain consumption is far too high for any person to be eating regularly.
Greentext meant to stop at
>Ketards man. Literally Americans and Europeans eat the most amount of fat. Yet they blame carbs.
We aren't, that's why we're so fat.
Can't imagine being against lowcarb diet unless you're a vegetarian Greenpeace piece of shit
I just dump rice in the rice cooker with spices and water and it seems to work for me. If there's some super sekrit trick beyond that I'm not aware of it.
cause we’re all fat as fuck and desperately searching for a scapegoat to blame it on
(i don’t think it’s a particular macro, but rather the continuous availability of hyper-platable foods combined with industrial seed oils in everything)
what’s wrong with a fat person ordering an americano? would you rather have them order a frappuccino?
